Pastor Farnsworth spent most of his life in Utica, Michigan.
He received his B.A. degree in Religious Education from Michigan
Christian College and his M.A. (Master of Divinity) from Concordia
Theological Seminary in Fort Wayne, IN.
He spent one year as a pastoral
intern in Brooklyn Center, Minnesota before accepting a call to his home
church, Trinity Lutheran, in Utica. He served there as Associate Pastor for
six years prior to accepting the call to become Administrative Pastor at
Immanuel in August of 1998.
Pastor and his wife Tammie, have six children: Michael, Krista, Neysa,
Sasha, Helena, and Michaela.
